Liora Milbaum

Liora Milbaum is a platform engineering leader and software architect with more than 30 years of experience in enterprise software, developer platforms, and large-scale delivery systems. She currently works at Applied Materials, where she focuses on building platform capabilities for complex software systems operating in demanding enterprise and edge environments.

Prior to her work in large enterprise engineering organizations, Liora founded and led a DevOps services company through a successful exit. Her experience spans platform engineering, CI/CD strategy, organizational scaling, and engineering leadership across startups and global enterprises.

Having worked on AI delivery platforms and emerging AI products, Liora brings a pragmatic perspective on how AI is reshaping engineering organizations, developer workflows, and platform strategy.
