Lewis Holmes is a Principal Engineer and AI Strategist with over 20 years’ experience leading teams and helping organisations build enterprise-scale distributed systems. At ASOS.com, he supports engineering teams in adopting agentic AI through practical training, community-building, tooling and workflow design. With a background in developer experience, engineering productivity and technical training, he has trained more than 1,000 engineers across cloud computing, Kubernetes and CI/CD. He also co-created and hosted the ASOS Tech Podcast, sharing ideas on AI, automation and modern engineering.
