Goodness Daramola

Goodness is a Lead Developer at Thoughtworks where he solves a myriad of technology-related problems for clients. This mostly means developing backend applications for the enterprise, working alongside rockstar teammates to deliver real value. It’s led him to an endless curiosity in shaping teams that are both high-performing and fulfilling. Outside of work, he gets excited about inclusion and equity–most notably for those throughout Africa and its Diaspora–fueling his passion through active leadership and volunteer work.
