Christian Sisti

Christian is an Engineering Director with 15+ years of experience scaling global engineering organisations and modernising high-traffic platforms. Currently leading the Delivery engineering domain at Glovo, he previously oversaw the E-commerce Platform at Ocado Technology — with a focus on Reliability, Performance, and Developer Experience.

With a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Pisa, he brings a researcher’s rigour to executive leadership. He is the founding organiser of LeadDev Barcelona, curating spaces for engineering leaders to tackle the industry’s toughest organisational challenges.
