Lex Pedersen leads the international team at O’Reilly and is responsible for creating and delivering value to the company’s customers. In this role, she provides support and vision to ensure the sales and customer success teams support customers throughout their learning journeys with O’Reilly.

Lex has a passion for learning across the enterprise. She’s spent over 20 years in the technology sector, including time at Microsoft and Xerox, and brings extensive knowledge of working with large organizations to implement learning at scale to deliver successful outcomes.
