Abhi is a Senior Engineering Manager with a proven track record of scaling high-performing engineering teams and driving technical excellence in fast-paced, high-growth environments. With over 14 years of experience in software engineering, she has built autonomous, motivated, and results-driven teams that thrive on ownership and innovation.

At Typeform, Abhi oversees the core product and end-to-end customer journey that form the Create and Respond domains. Abhi leads cross-functional, multinational teams across Europe and the US.

Prior to Typeform, Abhi led engineering teams at Matillion for Product-led Growth, Data Pipeline Designer, and Data Loader, while also driving initiatives in performance optimizations, incident management, security and engineering best practices. Her leadership ensured teams built scalable, maintainable, and high-performing software solutions.

Beyond technology, Abhi is deeply passionate about mentoring future leaders, optimizing team dynamics, and fostering a culture of psychological safety and continuous growth. She believes in empowering engineers with the right tools, support, and environment to maximize both their impact and career growth.

Abhi has two cats, Yuki and Winston, and lives 5 minutes from Wayne Manor. She also holds additional degrees in Indian classical music, and she appeared on Indian Pop Idol as a contestant.
