She oversees a globally distributed engineering organisation of more than 250 staff, and leads the technical strategy for building unified technology platforms deployed across the globe to meet the demands of more than 450 million monthly users. Over her 20 years career she spent more than 15 years as a hands-on software engineer tackling the challenges of building complex system architectures, high scalable software and infrastructures.
