Rafał Szul

Rafał is an experienced leader of leaders at Allegro, Poland’s largest e-commerce platform. He earned his first money from programming at just 7 years old. With an MSc in Computer Science, he progressed through tester, developer, and first-line manager roles. Today, he focuses on building a large tech organization while scaling one of the most unique fulfillment solutions in Poland. Outside of work, Rafał holds a pilot’s license and is an avid martial arts fan.
