Roshen Sethna is a strategist with a deep entrepreneurial background in public sector design, tech, and policy.

She is the CSO at Fairground, a global collective of therapists and coaches designing mental health programs for creative leaders & organizations. She also runs her own advising practice providing fractional c-suite packages focused on organizational growth & innovation.

As a former Partner at Exygy, Roshen led the expansion of the firm’s government & product management practices. While there, she launched Bloom Housing: Exygy’s flagship, open source, affordable housing platform. She’s passionate about navigating complex change, launching new initiatives, and shaping institutional behavior (aka people whispering).
