Huiru is a founding engineer at Not Diamond, where she works on infrastructure for intelligent model routing. Before joining Not Diamond, she has spent her career specializing in data and backend engineering across various industries such as fintech, media tech, and prop tech. Having moved between IC and management tracks, Huiru believes in intentional, low-ego leadership working with people from a wide range of backgrounds and perspectives.
