Anna Dubinsky

Anna Dubinsky is a Director of Engineering with over a decade of experience leading product and platform spaces. Most recently at Zillow, she ran Web Platform and the Engineering Efficiency Platform. Her recent work focuses on measuring AI’s real impact on engineering workflows and driving research on moving teams past inflated “10x” expectations toward what actually needs to change for AI-native engineering to succeed. She also advises founders and startup teams as an Expert with Primary Venture Partners, and holds an MS in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota.
