Serg Kravchenko

Serg is an Engineering Team Leader at Bloomberg, where he leads the team behind one of the Bloomberg Terminal’s core products. With six years in engineering leadership – which began during the COVID lockdown – he grew into the role from a software engineering background, and discovered an interest in people and teams through the interviewing and hiring process. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer science. Outside of work, Serg keeps firmly away from keyboard: knitting, sailing, swimming, stargazing, and reading.
