Jasmine James Fuller

Jasmine James is a Senior Engineering Manager at Block, where she leads developer-experience teams across hardware test infrastructure, developer tooling, and documentation engineering. She previously led Engineering Effectiveness at Twitter and co-chaired KubeCon + CloudNativeCon NA,and EU. She spoke at LeadDev London 2022, joined the LeadDev Advisory Board in 2024, and writes and speaks about what senior engineering managers actually do, versus what they’re often expected to pretend they do.
