She is the founder of Milk Diary, a privacy-first mobile app supporting new parents through infant feeding, and We Read Too, a book discovery app for kids that showcased authors and characters of color.
Kaya is a technical writer with bylines in TechCrunch, Smashing Magazine and Increment, and a contributing author in O’Reilly Media’s 97 Things Every Engineering Manager Should Know. She holds a CS degree from Dartmouth and an MBA and Masters in Engineering from MIT.
When she’s not building, she enjoys mentoring young women and girls, reading, and spending time with her family.
