Ceri is an Interactions Specialist, Chaologist, and trainee Neuroscientist who helps people at all levels work together more effectively.

With a background in teaching and psychology, she makes evidence-based research practical and accessible for leaders seeking more effective approaches. A qualified coach, and Systemic Interventions Consultant specialising in complex Team Dynamics, she brings a huge wealth of experience working with senior leadership teams across government, multinational organisations and start-ups.

She speaks globally, about the magnificent intermingling of behavioural science and hopeful, impactful change – and, of course, brains.
