Jon Haddad

Jon Haddad is the founder of Rustyrazorblade Consulting, specializing in Apache Cassandra performance optimization and distributed systems. With 30 years in software development, he has contributed directly to the Apache Cassandra project, delivering performance improvements that produced 10x throughput gains in production. He works with companies of all sizes on database architecture, performance tuning, and AI integration. Jon developed easy-db-lab and cassandra-easy-stress, tools used in Cassandra development and testing. He is based in Redondo Beach, California.
