He specialises in building the “golden paths” that allow engineers to innovate at scale, focusing specifically on the safe integration of agentic workflows into the SDLC. With over 20 years of experience, spanning co-founder, tech lead, SRE & product engineer roles, Ian now focuses on scaling technical leadership, coaching engineers to transition from high-performing ICs to high-impact organisational leaders.
