Abi is a Software Engineer in the Future Capabilities team and Lead for the Accessibility and Neurodiversity ERG at Giffgaff, driving technical and cultural transformation. She moves beyond code to champion inclusive engineering, leading strategies that shift accessibility from a backlog burden to a core engineering value. Through internal advocacy and scalable training programmes, she equips leaders and teams with the tools to build a truly accessible web.
