Jasmine Chan

Jasmine is an engineering manager at Spotify with over a decade of leadership experience spanning financial services, media companies, and startups. She’s spent her career figuring out how to help people grow while tackling tricky technical problems. What drives her is building teams where engineers can do their best work and actually enjoy coming to work every day. She’s learned that the best solutions usually come from getting the right people together and giving them the tools and space they need.

Outside of work, she enjoys skiing with family and friends while exploring new destinations around the world.
