Caroline Lacoste

Caroline Lacoste is a Director of Engineering at Native Instruments, where she leads the engineering teams responsible for the development of iZotope products. These AI-powered audio software products for Audio Restoration, Mixing, and Mastering provide high-quality tools for professionals in major film and TV studios, music producers, and mixing engineers. Prior to her work in the audio industry, she spent 13 years in the travel industry, including four years as a Software Engineering Manager at Amadeus Boston. In this capacity, she spearheaded a team to design and deliver solutions for airlines and travel agencies in the Americas. With a strong academic background, she holds a Ph.D. in Image Processing.
