Andy is a Technical Consultant with over 20 years of experience in Software Engineering across diverse business sectors, from tourism to health tech.

Andy has experience working across the entire stack:

Frontend: Angular, React, vanilla JS/TS
Backend: PHP, NodeJS, AWS Lambda (plus some exposure to Java and .NET)
DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, AWS, MySQL, Redis, DynamoDB (plus some exposure to Kafka)

Andy is equally at home leading complex engineering initiatives, mentoring other engineers, setting technical standards, and ensuring the quality and scalability of the software architecture.

Andy is passionate about taking on new challenges, such as learning to snowboard, parachute jump, indoor rock climb, or run a 50k Ultra. In his free time, he is usually found on the water racing a small yacht, paddle-boarding or surfing. To relax, Andy is a prolific reader.
