Jessica Simon

Jessica is an engineering leader, avid learner, and travel enthusiast. She currently leads the Anti-Discrimination & Equity Intelligence team at Airbnb, building tools that detect and mitigate experience gaps on the platform for individuals from underrepresented backgrounds. Based in New York, she splits her time between Brooklyn and various travel adventures. During her free time, you can find her flipping around the gymnastics gym, dancing to live music, exploring tech workshops, and discovering new restaurants/cafes. She brings her love of innovation, curiosity, and discovery into every part of her life, both personally and professionally.
