After nearly three years at Vinted, I recently took on the role of Director of Engineering in the Trust and Safety domain – a new path that’s both exciting and filled with purpose. Leading teams often feels like organizing a great group ride: while setting the direction is crucial, it’s just as important to enjoy the journey and make sure no one is left behind. When the road gets tough, we take turns shielding each other, adapting to changes, and making sure the whole team moves forward together.
This spirit of teamwork is why I’ve always been passionate about learning new ways to support and empower my teams. I recently completed a two-year program in practical psychology and coaching at L-Con Global, which has brought fresh perspective and tools to create a dynamic, positive space for growth This training has given me fresh insights into fostering a positive, dynamic space for growth, where team members feel both supported and motivated to step up when needed.
