James Da Costa is VP of Engineering at Cint where he leads teams building services which connect researchers with respondents at scale. He is passionate about coaching managers, building collaborative teams and creating delightful products.
James has over 20 years of experience in tech and has worked in UI design, frontend and backend technologies.
Outside of work, he loves competitive sports, a good mystery novel and listening to his favourite podcast (You Are Not So Smart).
