Marcus Gardiner

Marcus Gardiner leads portfolios of technical teams (15-35 staff) for clients as a Technical Principal at Softwire, and is one of two Technical Capability Heads for Softwire’s 220+ strong engineering capability. Most recently Marcus led the rapid evolution of BBC Sport experiences that entertain millions over billions of visits for everything from the World Cup to The Ashes. He also brings a unique cross-functional perspective as a career-changer from Business.
