Patty Delgado is a senior engineering leader who is skilled at growing and scaling high-performing teams. Starting her career as a full-stack engineer, she values a full-ownership approach to building engaging user experiences. That mentality scaled to her player-coach management style, identifying and then optimizing for what her team needs.
Currently, Patty serves as a Senior Director of Engineering at Ro, leading teams focused on building a world-class patient experience in the emerging direct-to-patient healthcare space. Away from the keyboard, Patty can be found tasting wine, playing video games, listening to a history podcast, or all of the above at the same time.
