Starting her career as a full-stack engineer, she values a full-ownership approach to building engaging user experiences. That mentality scaled to her player-coach management style, identifying and then optimizing for what her team needs.
Currently, Patty serves as a VP of Engineering at Vividly — an executive role that allows her to strategize on how technology can revolutionize an $8 trillion problem in CPG. Away from the keyboard, Patty can be found tasting wine, playing video games, listening to a history podcast, or all of the above at the same time.
