Farzona is an engineering leader with 14 years of experience in the tech industry with a history of leading teams to build consumer-facing products at Orbitz, Expedia, Twitter and Uber. She’s currently a Sr Director of Engineering at MasterClass, where she focuses on delivering product experiences that transform online education by enabling anyone in the world to learn from the best. She’s passionate about mentoring and coaching women in various stages of their career and increasing the number of women in organizations. She has also helped create, lead and support woman-focused ERGs and initiatives in the workplace.
