In his 20 odd years of wrangling with software, Ciarán has learned a lot about how to be an empathic engineering leader, with a focus on building pragmatic architectures in collaboration with engineering teams. If he’s not up to his neck in some distributed system, you can find him teaching himself how to drum, or chilling with his family and many pets. He is currently a Senior Principal Engineer and Architect at Zendesk.
