Mathias is founding partner at The Intentional Organization and executive coach to founders, CTOs, and senior engineering leaders. He supports his clients and their leadership teams in their personal and professional growth as they’re scaling out their business and their departments. Together with his business partner Sara, he’s co-authoring the forthcoming book “The Intentional Organization.” Starting his career as an engineer, Mathias has later worked in founder, CEO, and CTO roles across different companies, including Travis CI and Reaction Commerce.
