We carefully select the best talks by reviewing hundreds of proposals without knowing who the speakers are. This means we choose the best talks from a diverse group of people, rather than just selecting well-known speakers.
This year we have looked for talks that can help you support your organization's mission and goals. We'll cover topics that span big-picture thinking to influencing at scale, project execution and crunchy tech talks - you'll leave inspired with fresh ideas.
Single track format
With such a high quality line-up you won't want to miss a thing: just relax and soak up the ideas in the comfortable Barbican theatre.
The track is engaging and dynamic, with a variety of talk lengths, mix of topics, and breaks to keep you focused and energised throughout the day.

Extend your LeadDev experience
Leadership workshops
Running on June 29, the workshop covers leading without authority as a Staff+ engineer led by Pat Kua. You can attend by purchasing a Workshop Pass or as an add-on to your StaffPlus conference ticket.
An inclusive conference for everyone
Creating an inclusive environment has been a priority for LeadDev since our first event in 2015. Here's some of what's available to make it an event that everyone can enjoy:

Pre-event meet-up
We run a free meet-up in London on the night before StaffPlus where you can meet fellow attendees and start your StaffPlus experience with a few short inspiring talks.
Live stream and on-demand videos
Every ticket includes a digital pass with access to the live stream, in case you can't stay for the whole event - plus exclusive access to the on-demand recordings of all the talks for 6 months before they're made public.
Digital swag
As well as plenty of swag at the sponsor stands, you can enter competitions to win prizes from most of our sponsors in our digital swag bag. Keep an eye on your emails once you've registered.
Sponsor perks
Past conferences have included meetups, a games lounge, coffee bar, waffle station, massage lounge, a mochi and taiyaki station and much more courtesy of our sponsors.
Lunch & refreshments
Light breakfast refreshments and lunch is provided. There will also be tea, coffee and snacks available throughout the day. We can cater for special dietary requirements, so if you have any allergies or other requirements (e.g. kosher), just let us know.
