COVID safety guidelines
The following guidelines are accurate as of 6th January 2023. The information below is given as a guide as to what to expect, but it is subject to change.
As always, your safety is of paramount importance to us, and we are working closely with the venue to ensure that we follow official guidance and best practices when it comes to COVID safety. If we are required to amend our entry requirements or COVID-19 guidelines before the event, we will update you by email. Everyone in attendance at our event, including ticket holders, sponsors, speakers, members of staff, and our service partners, must comply with all updates.
Although many government mandated COVID-19 restrictions have now been lifted, please keep in mind that some of our attendees may be vulnerable and not comfortable socialising as before. Please respect all attendees' individual wishes on social distancing preferences.
For the safety of everyone at the event, we recommend that attendees take a rapid lateral flow test no more than 24 hours before arriving at the event and to stay at home in the case of a positive result.
For the safety of others, we strongly recommend attendees towear a mask when inside the venue unless eating or drinking or medically exempt.
All in-person attendees (including staff and exhibitors) will be required to be vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus and show their vaccine certification to gain access to the event.
Enhanced Safety Precautions On-Site
- Additional regular cleaning of the venue including key touchpoints.
- We provide hand sanitizers around the event space.
- The venue also educates and trains all of its employees on all COVID-19 protocols and guidelines.
- Catering will be provided in line with the latest government guidance.
- Traffic light sticker greeting system to ensure attendees' preferences are visible.
